About Erin Potter
I\'m a people leader, design system enthusiast, and process-minded designer.I have a background in building and managing cross-functional teams, visual design, and creating processes for teams; and I love working on internal tools. That has culminated in a passion for design systems. Currently, I’m leading our enterprise design system through the challenges of converging multiple systems and creating a supportive systems community. Previously, I worked with design system leads across our organization to collaboratively build the flexible foundations and components that meet the diverse needs of external and internal users. Throughout this time, I’ve led our team\'s operations, keeping transparency and efficiency as our primary goals.
