About Dave Sanders

CTO at Xevant, where I lead the technology strategy and engineering organization behind a healthcare data analytics platform. I\'ve spent 15+ years building data infrastructure at scale, from modernizing enterprise warehouses at Vivint and Ancestry to directing BI for the New England Patriots. My current focus is on the intersection of cloud-native architecture and AI, specifically how LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation can make complex data actually useful to the people who need it. I care as much about building strong engineering teams as I do about the technology itself. Outside the technical side, I work closely with the executive team on product and go-to-market strategy.
