As the General Manager at Sushi Lounge I lead my team with a focus on growing sales, lowering cost while training, developing and empowering our team members to be the best version of themselves. I oversee all daily operations, recruiting and training of new hourly staff and managers, complete all on-boarding for new staff members, any HR responsibilities for my location, product purchasing, community relations while holding weekly leadership meetings with all department leaders. Since being at Sushi Lounge, I\'ve been fortunate enough to develop multiple staff members from host to key holders and managers. My location has the highest growth percentage of sales in company history, lowest labor and food cost in location history while never compromising our product or service quality.
