Successfully Architected, Designed, Planed and Deployed Cisco Unified Communications solution based on new Data Center move requirements and Version migration. Migration of the UC Clusters to the new Data Center, which includes CUCM, CUC, IM & P, UCCX clusters, Verba Call Recording, Imagicle and Cisco PSTN CUBEs along with end points and 200+ voice gateways. Successfully Designed and deployed WebEx Multi-Channel (Voice and Email) Contact Center cloud solution to migrate on-prem UCCX agents to Cisco Cloud with VPOP connectivity for client provided PSTN calling solution. Prepared Design and Technical documents and contributed to internal knowledge SharePoint. Developed extensive engineering and administration documentations with templates for Call Managers, Unity Connection, Unified Presence, Contact Center Express, Expressways and CUBEs. Wrote End user guides for Cisco Contact Center Agent’s and Supervisor’s Operations and Administrations Designed and deployed Cisco WebEx on-prem and WebEx Teams cloud solution.
