As the co-founder and co-CEO of Gray Jones Media, I lead a rapidly growing LGBTQ media company that serves different niches of the global LGBTQ community through online magazines, TV shows, podcasts, and live events. With nearly five years of experience in this role, I have helped grow Gray Jones Media into the fastest growing LGBTQ media company in the world, with offices in Birmingham and New York City, and partnerships with major multinational brands across the ecosystem.I am also passionate about diversity and representation in the video game industry, as well as mental health awareness and support for the gaming community. I leverage my marketing and writing skills to create and promote content that showcases the voices and stories of LGBTQ gamers and creators, and I speak regularly at industry events around the world to champion the growth of representation both in-game and in the workplace. Additionally, I serve as an executive board member of Create Central, an industry body that supports the development and innovation of creative content sectors in the UK, and as a patron of Safe In Our World, a mental health charity that aims to foster a positive and inclusive gaming culture.
