About Richard Milligan
Today I have the privilege of working with leaders helping them grow. I do this in 3 ways: Helping them understand and communicate who they are to recruits. I call this quantifying yourself as the Attractive Leader. Working alongside them to build a unique recruiting system focused on what is known as the BAM zone (Belonging, Affirming, and Meaning). Partnering with them to grow their company and brand through ongoing coaching and consulting. Having walked a few hundred miles in the shoes of a Recruiting Leader (someone who manages a team but is also responsible for recruiting to that team) I know they are responsible for more than anyone else inside a company. No one could create enough checklist to encompass all that falls under their leadership and responsibilities. Because of this recruiting becomes the last priority for most Recruiting Leaders. With so much that goes into being a successful recruiting leader, most will never become the best recruiter simply because there is a lack of training in this area. You need someone who can guide you to becoming an expert recruiter. Someone to teach you a system that can be managed in 30 minutes each day. But beyond that, you need a partner who will help you execute your plan. The team at 4C Recruiting is that partner. My goal is to spread the Recruiting Made Simple system to as many Recruiting Leaders as possible. It\'s my commitment and passion to help others understand that recruiting truly is simple.
