I manage multimillion- and multibillion-dollar construction projects by day. By night (and on the internet), I moonlight as Construction Girl—a passion project turned persona that helps me talk honestly about leadership, confidence, and building a career in an industry that wasn’t designed for people like me.I started as a temp site clerk.
