Mark Lynch is the CEO and Founder of LaunchPad Properties. He has a multi-million pound property portfolio that generates six-figure annual revenue. He has been buying properties since 2010, and has extensive experience and a proven track-record for buying and renting properties in England and Wales.Before founding LaunchPad Properties, Mark had a six-figure salary as a Legal Director (salaried partner) and Head of Transactional Construction Law at Reynolds Porter Chamberlain – a prestigious law firm in the City of London. He has acted on a range of significant and complex property developments throughout his career as a lawyer, including Candy & Candy\'s One Hyde Park luxury residential development; Astra Zeneca’s c£330m new global headquarters in Cambridge; and the c£220m refurbishment of The Savoy Hotel.Mark is in a unique position as both a property developer and property development lawyer. He is licenced to practice law in England and Wales. He is the CEO and Founder of the progressive Law Firm – Law.X, which is dedicated to serving Property Developers.Mark’s background as a lawyer is an extreme advantage for navigating and ensuring compliance with the laws, regulations and contracts that apply to property development in England and Wales.Mark is also passionate about fitness, health, and wellbeing.
