I spend my days doing what I can to best understand/enhance/innovate the Invoicing world in/out of Billtrust and ensure that all relevant stakeholders - from external users, to team members across the company in product/development/quality assurance/customer support/finance/project management/operations and more - are able to have a better experience each day. In short, I aim to make strategic decisions that can produce measurable results, in order to drive value and deliver impact. Recently, I have overseen the launch of a new quick search and advanced search to better allow the users of our invoicing product the ability to find the information they are looking for in both a faster and more efficient manner. Some of the tools I use daily include: Jira/Aha/Slack/Pendo/Google Docs/Zoom. I work in/with an agile, scrum team to ensure work can be planned/achieved in predictable sprints.
