As a Casino Manager at Grosvenor Casino Luton, we oversee all gaming operations and guest experiences within the venue — driving commercial performance for table games, slots and electronic play, whilst ensuring excellent service, regulatory compliance (including the UKGC license obligations and safer gambling standards), and operational integrity. We lead and develop a diverse team of supervisors, dealers and hosts; set and monitor targets for revenue, cost control and yield; manage shifts including staffing, security and cash-handling; optimise the gaming floor layout and product mix using performance data; and collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, guest acquisition/retention and venue culture, all while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and exciting environment for every customer.
