I\'m passionate about artistically-written software, and open-source software. I\'ve worked on teams of one to thirty, more recently as the architect or as team lead. Since I\'ve been working mostly on Java back-ends, and JSP/JavaScript front-ends, though I have in the past few years had my way with TCL, Groovy and Python. From 1993 to I spent my time consulting, building custom business solutions using Access & Visual Basic. I enjoy coding, both for profit and for the community.Specialties: Asking the right questions to get at each of the business process abstractions, architecting and implementing software around that model, estimating costs and time needed, leading and mentoring development teams, hands-on development, keeping a group of developers occupied, engaged, and to schedule, and consulting on existing projects going off-course.
