ABOUT THAROON VEERASETHU

As a Machine Learning Engineer with a postgraduate degree in AI, I have over seven years of experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for diverse industries and domains. I have a strong research background in Large Language Models, Deep Learning, Machine Translation, Time Series, and Transfer Learning, with multiple publications and awards. Most recently, I worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Mikron, where I developed custom machine learning algorithms using Python for image and video rendering, resulting in improved performance and efficiency. I collaborated with multi-disciplinary product development teams to identify and integrate trained models on Google cloud space with Databricks and MLFlow. I also designed and optimized data pipelines using Google Cloud SQL, Apache Spark, and Parquet, and implemented a chatbot for customers using Google Dialogflow. I am passionate about learning new technologies and techniques, and I strive to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients.
