I am a Senior Trustee Administrator that helps funds and individual clients by taking investment decisions in the beneficiary’s best interests and acting in the best interests of the trust beneficiaries to manage their assets. I do this by analyzing the mutual funds and taking personalized decisions to each client I handle which fund would reward the best possible return at the lowest risk. For example, I have analyzed derivative market for a particular client as per their requirement and helped them to receive a better return than investing in mutual funds. I also coordinate with fund managers and fund administrators to ensure accurate reporting. For instance, I have helped a client to figure an error in compliance and reporting which avoided them financial and reputational damages. Lastly, I ensure internal teams are reporting with client sign offs on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. One time, I found a reporting error in a foreign currency trade which saved my company to retain the client and exposing to risk of possible financial loss. I received a recognition from my management for this deed. This helped clients/customers take their investment decisions with confident. This helped the organization by retain clients and make their advocacy gaining more business to my bank. Overall, I find this work is excitingly challenging because I am passionate in updating myself on global financial markets.
