Thapasya is a passionate entrepreneur. Beanery is born out of her passion to bring naturally healthy and tasty products to Indian market. Thapasya embodied the entrepreneurial spirit during her education at Babson College-one of the globally leading schools for entrepreneurship, by leveraging on multiple opportunities such as starting a venture in freshman year, student consulting stints, study abroad & entrepreneurial community building efforts-Babson Entrepreneurship Forum & Babson Asia Business Forum. Her prior experience includes marketing role with an Indo-US Startup and consulting stint with Sathguru Management Consultants. She has had the opportunity to engage with the entrepreneurial community extensively. She was a part of the Startup Leadership Program \'16 cohort from Hyderabad and 2017-18 SLP Program lead. She has also engaged with the community through valuable programs like TiE Women 2020 Cohort [Hyderabad], MANAGE SAIP 2020 and ALEAP EDP Farm2Fork.
