What I do for a living is helping business make smart decisions and give customers better experience. I believe that smart decisions are data-driven decisions, and that everything that can be measured can be understood and thus improved. As a data analyst, I want to bridge the gap between analytics and business, and other areas of life.I believe what differentiates a good analyst from a great one is not just the ability to crunch number, but the ability to discover meaningful insights from unsystematic, incoherent figures. Data can tell you fascinating stories if you have the right interpreters for them.I don\'t believe in perfection, I believe in constant improvement. As such I am inquisitive and passionate about learning. I believe that being technically savvy enables me to be smarter and more efficient at discovering ideas and solving problems, so I trained myself on technical skills such as Excel, PowerPivot, BigQuery, SQL and data visualisation.I believe who you are as a person can also shine through your professional achievements. I believe in kindness, thoughtfulness and empathy, because that\'s the only way that I can truly listen to what my customers think or do, therefore help make their lives better.I believe in paying it forward. I have the fortune to have great bosses and mentors, so I want to hire and mentor smart people and see them succeed.Lastly, I\'m passionate about building. In that sense I am an entrepreneur at heart.
