ABOUT THAO DO
Nice to meet you! My name is Thao, I\'m a scientist at Kinectrics in the Radioactive Materials and Chemistry department. Prior to joining Kinectrics, I completed my Ph.D in Chemistry in at Western University. My research was focused on investigating the corrosion behaviour of reactor alloys in various solution parameters. In addition, I developed a laser cleaning methodology for the removal of radioactive contaminants on the surfaces of nuclear reactor pipes. I\'m excited about materials science, innovation in nuclear, scientific literacy and advocacy. Happy to connect and learn with you!
