Hi!My name is Thao, I am 24 years old, I have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and have a Bachelor\'s degree in International Management. During my part-time studies, I have continuously worked on my professional development.In my career so far, I have discovered my passion for human resources and realised how crucial well-designed HR work is for the success of a company.In my bachelor\'s thesis entitled \"AI-based diversity and inclusion management from the perspective of strategic HR management in global technology industries\", I have been working intensively on this fascinating topic. I firmly believe that diversity and inclusion are fundamental elements for a successful and innovative working environment.In my position as Junior HR Manager, I have the opportunity to put my knowledge and passion for HR into practice. My goal is to develop and implement effective HR strategies to promote employee growth and development while supporting organisational goals.I am highly motivated, dedicated and willing to further develop my skills and knowledge in the HR field. With a background in international management and a passion for HR, I strive to optimise HR processes, develop talent and create a positive working environment.
