ABOUT THANVEER AHAMMED CHONARI
After completing a Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacy Practice from Sri Adichunchanagiri College of Pharmacy, I served as an Assistant Professor at Karavali College of Pharmacy for nearly two years. My role focused on equipping students for clinical pharmacy roles through case-based learning and simulated patient care activities. Currently, I am a Junior Research Fellow and PhD scholar in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Yenepoya University. My research explores clinical pharmacist-led interventions to improve medication reconciliation and care transitions for stroke patients. I am dedicated to advancing evidence-based pharmacy practice and fostering collaboration to enhance patient outcomes in neurological care settings.
