30 Plus years of experience in Oil and Gas projects both in offshore and onshore industry with specialisation in PMC / FEED / EPC projects above 5 B Dollars. Can manage Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Shop and Site Audits, Procurement-Inspection, and Expediting for 200 plus Material Requestions. Involved in FEED, Engineering, Procurement, Construction of Mega Size oil and Gas, LNG, Offshore projects for TOTAL, BECHTEL, TECHNIP, ADGAS, GASCO, MURPHY Oil Corp, BP/AIOC, and RELIANCE etc. Lead and manage Quality Control throughout Project Reviews, Design Reviews, Gate Reviews, Construction Reviews and Shipment of equipment to site. To ensure all the Coordination Procedure reviewed and approved. Team Capabilities/Manpower (need for third-party technical consultation) Project e-file, correspondence documentation, transmittals, document control Quality/Technical reviews/HAZOP (Hazards and Operability). Overall responsibility for ensuring Quality on high value EPC projects. This responsible includes work done internally, by suppliers, by subcontractors and by project partners. Implement and review the Project Quality Plan. Ensure Project Quality objectives are achieved by measuring, auditing, root cause analysis and implementing the necessary actions. Represent the Company through the Sales, Tendering and Project Execution phases. Drive Quality Culture, Quality Control and Compliance with local laws and standards. Ensure Quality Control documentation is maintained, regularly audited and drive a Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Analysis culture. Management Quality Representation, Making Quality Plan, Quality Audit Schedule, Corporate Quality Audits, Site Quality Audit, vendor Quality Audits, Incorporating Corrective action system, Preventive action system, Lessons learned update to all project groups. Confident leader, excellent team player, ability to supervise team of QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, Inspection Engineers, Project Management, Vendor Management.
