In my current role, I bridge the gap between tech and customers, where empathy and relation highlights along with technical language for problem-solving and good solution delivery.Everyday speaking tech and human in tasks whether it is working with Product managers to support acquisitions, enhancements; with Product owners for customer requirements, PoC\'s, feature requests, with the developers, support team, customers engaging in service management, onboarding, product demos in simpler language, allows me to work in a cross-functional collaborative environment. I’ve always found it exciting to identify new opportunities, write customer success stories, spot any gaps in existing processes and implement changes for betterment, extend support for roadmap in new product innovation — all in the name of helping our customers succeed. Joining the Automotive industry sector at Germany added more diverse industry experience along with the IT industry from early career alongside the cultural exposure.
