I am a certified Project Management Professional with over 2 decades of leadership skills in an industrial and military setting. I have served over 20 years in the US Army and Army Reserve as a Diesel Generator Mechanic, Drill Sergeant, Battalion operations and now working as a company First Sergeant (Operations Supervisor). I also have extensive experience in design engineering. My mechanical engineering background provides a solid foundation in mechanical (plastic injection molded, die-cast, aluminum and plastic extrusion, sheet metal stampings) and machine design having worked on large complex assemblies using several different CAD systems generating product engineering drawings, exploded assembly drawings and Bill of materials. In my current role, I am instrumental in overseeing Sustaining and new product development projects utilizing methodologies such as traditional project management as well as Agile SCRUM in order to meet tight timelines and remain in budget and on schedule.
