Utilize Imaris 9.8.2 to section relevant ROIs in the hippocampus then filter synapses and objects- Extracted and clean pivotal data from 300+ Excel sheets regarding Tau volume and their corresponding synapses correlation- Immunostained using primary antibodies + secondary antibodies to flag synaptophysin, neuen, synapses, and tau.
