   As a Product Manager, I am responsible for Product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritising product and customers requirement, defining the product vision and working closely with Product Engineering and support team to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Responsible for Defining and manage product roadmap • Communicate roadmap stages and timelines with internal and external key stakeholders• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, Clinical Risk Management and Security to implement and deliver new products and features• Build, groom and prioritize the product backlog, continuously managing expectations with relevant stakeholders – including the senior leadership team • Develop a deep contextual understanding of customer and user needs, to deliver on commitment to industry-leading client satisfaction• Manage the sprint planning process and participate in all relevant Scrum ceremonies (daily Scrum meet, reviews of prior sprints, grooming, retrospectives, etc.)• Gather market feedback through client interactions, focus groups, and by performing industry research to support future development• Collaborate with the organization on vision, strategy, decisioning, tactical execution, and measurement systems• Write detailed functional specifications and defining themes, Epics and user stories for requirements in Jira® for product documentation.•Getting involved in non-functional discussions & documentations like architecture, Database Table Structure and preparing LLD & HLD document• Preparing the UAT plan and test cases. Perform SIT, ensuring the standard quality of the module and releasing it to users for UAT. Post successful UAT ensuring smooth movement of code in Production region.
