ABOUT THANCHANOK SRISUK
I support the team across the full lifecycle of employment law matters, including legal research, preparing contracts, policies and settlement agreements, assisting with Tribunal claims, and preparing clear inter-party communications. I’ve developed growing experience in workplace disputes and Tribunal proceedings, drawing on a detail-driven, commercially risk-aware approach developed during my time in HCR’s Risk Management team and my mediation accreditation.I also act as the department’s Marketing Lead, working closely with our central marketing team to deliver thought leadership content, coordinate campaigns and events, support award submissions, and contribute to wider business development efforts.I completed the LPC with the MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law, following an LLB from the University of Bristol.
