Highly analytical, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, bringing a business-oriented mindset often missing in traditional HR functions to enhance engagement, performance, and long-term growth- Goal Setting & Follow-Up – Define company-wide goals that drive business performance and variable compensation, ensuring alignment across teams through structured follow-ups and data-driven insights- Organisational Design – Lead workforce planning and organisational structuring to optimise efficiency, scalability, and talent allocation in line with business strategy- Budget Management – Oversee the people package budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for compensation, benefits, and talent initiatives to support and achieve the company’s strategic plan- Compensation Strategy – Design and implement competitive compensation frameworks, including salary structures, bonus, to attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring internal equity and market alignment- Performance Management & Talent Development – Oversee the full performance review cycle, including calibrations, feedback processes, and development plans. Drive succession planning by identifying key talents, creating leadership pipelines, and implementing tailored development programmes to ensure long-term organisational growth.
