The new facilities under the SGD project are planned to be executed under 10 separate EPC packages. SAIPEM is the responsible contractor for the process package EPC-2 and Sulphur Recovery Package-3 of the Project. RESPONSIBILITIES • Established the Management Information System (MIS) of the entire project.• Interface with all the disciplines to get various deliverables.• Co-ordinate with all discipline QS to estimate the quantity for progress monitoring and accounting of subcontract• Follow up the project indicators such as, progress, quality certification, NCRs, on a weekly basis.• Monthly Submission of project indicators to client.• Preparing the man power distribution suitable for the project.• Calculate the productivity and the cost at milestones of the project.• Plan resources and material.• Prepare the schedules and forecast of the project.• Coordinator of Management information and feasibility of the project• Project Progress and Accounts monitoring for subcontract.• Has successfully set up Saipem’s MIS for the SHAH GAS project.• Has planned the resources, such a way that it gives maximum productivity and Conserves a lot of time and money.• Effective creation of the work break down structure (WBS) for the Project.
