GIS Specialist with a proven ability to transform complex data into strategic insights and lead high-performance teams. My expertise spans the entire GIS ecosystem, including spatial analysis, remote sensing, and data quality management. I have directly tackled the challenge of scaling operations, guiding a team of 20 analysts to consistently exceed goals. On our last large-scale project, we completed the analysis and vectorization of over property units two weeks ahead of schedule, saving over 400 work-hours and setting a new standard for efficiency. Beyond my technical passion, I have developed a strong leadership track, which began proactively by offering technical support and optimizing team workflows. This initiative led me to support large-scale projects with teams of up to 100 members, analyzing and vectorizing property units. To drive performance at scale, I developed an innovative methodology for tracking individual quality scores, enabling more practical, root-cause-focused support. This tool was so successful it was adopted as the standard for other projects within the company. Today, as a Senior Analyst, I combine my passion for geotechnologies with strong communication skills to develop talent, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives.
