Roles & Responsibilities:*Perform supplier audits with a focus on systems reliability to ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and risk mitigation protocols.*Monitor and enhance supplier performance by identifying reliability gaps and collaborating on corrective strategies.*Oversee the 3rd Party Testing Program, including audits, CAPA management, and reliability data analysis. Track and trend results to drive continuous system improvements.*Review supplier and material reliability performance, initiating follow-up actions to address failures, reduce variability, and improve consistency.*Coordinate regular supplier performance reviews, providing data-driven recommendations for supplier reevaluation or requalification based on reliability metrics.*Define and implement inspection criteria and reliability verification plans for incoming materials, in-process systems, and final products to prevent delivery of unreliable or non-conforming components.
