It also allowed me to deepen my knowledge of marketing, communication, and business, while exploring the film industry. This diverse background, encompassing both marketing and film, has equipped me with strong communication skills that are essential for fostering effective collaboration. Now, as a CI & Transformation Lead in the IT sector, I thrive on fostering a culture of excellence. I lead the planning and execution of CI programs, ensuring measurable results and value. My passion lies in promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within teams. This fuels my dedication to coaching CI ambassadors and building capabilities through training and knowledge-sharing.
