In my position as a Dutch and European Trainee Patent Attorney, I work in the pharma group together with the biotech group (life sciences). My primary responsibility is patent prosecution for European and PCT patent applications involving first and further medical use of chemical compounds. In addition, I am involved in i) Patent drafting, ii) Legal and advisory IP services, Business Development & IP Strategy, iv) Patent litigation in the Netherlands, and v) Oppositions at the European Patent Office (EPO).
