In my role as a Senior Recruiter I conduct virtual group interviews for a variety of Public Outreach offices throughout the US and Canada including the New York, New Jersey, Boston, Atlanta, Toronto and Halifax.My responsibilities include conducting virtual trainings, onboarding new Hires in New York, New Jersey and Boston and preparing them for their first day on the field setting them up for success in their new fundraising roles. I continued to support the New York Office in operational tasks, such as finding locations to fundraise and developing training scripts.When on the field I coach new leadership at Public Outreach demonstrating how to run successful teams, and develop personalized curriculum to address the specific needs and areas of growth for supervisors and managers in training. Additionally I assist in the screening of thousands of indeed applications to book trainings.
