As an experienced Polymers Engineer, I possess a wide range of skills and knowledge in Manufacturing Management, Process Development, and Problem-Solving. With expertise in different molding processes for the automotive industry, including conventional, overmolding, bicomponent, and lightning, I am one of the few individuals to have successfully deployed Scientific Injection Molding in Brazil.Over the past decade, I have held various leadership roles in Engineering Management, Molding VSM, CAPEX and Investments, Quality Improvement, Lean/Kaizen Projects, and Problem-Solving. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing effective solutions to complex challenges.
