   Served as Land Development Services (LDS) technical expert in Stormwater Management and provided guidance on formulation and implementation of Stormwater management related policies in the County.Evaluated proprietary and non-proprietary stormwater management BMPs, their design, construction specifications, material specifications, maintenance requirements, cost/benefits, and compliance with the County, State and Federal requirements. Managed all aspects of stormwater management applications including innovative practices, floodplains, dam standards, Chesapeake Bay Preservation Ordinances, MS4s, and TMDLs.Responded to and resolved resident and industry inquiries, design and field conflicts regarding implementation of stormwater management related projects.Coordinated and collaborated with various County, State and Federal agencies, environmental groups, government leaders, and the industry, did research and studies to prepare Fairfax County Codes and PFM amendments; built consensus among stakeholders.Conducted public hearing and made presentations on various committees, Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisor meetings.Prepared for and conducted training to LDS staffs, agencies, and the industry regarding updates on LDS policies related to stormwater management, innovative practices, BMP specifications, dam standards, floodplains and RPA.Served as LDS representative for Northern Virginia Climate Resiliency Team.
