I am a Passionate Power BI Developer with 7+ years of IT experience across HCL Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Teklink (now Hinduja Global Solutions – HGS). Since 2018, I’ve specialized in Power BI, delivering scalable BI solutions, migration projects, and client-facing support across multiple industries. At Teklink (HGS), I focus on application and maintenance support for enterprise Power BI environments. My work includes handling refresh failures, gateway setup/configuration, and RLS access requests, along with developing new reports, enhancing existing dashboards, and migrating Excel dashboards to SAP HANA. I also optimize performance by fine-tuning DAX and data models. Recently, I led a migration project from Tableau to Power BI, successfully moving 50+ datasets and 10+ reports, while training and assisting power users. My dashboards span Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and Consumer Affairs, using HANA Views, SharePoint, Snowflake, and SQL Server as sources. Previously at TCS as an IT Analyst, I built and published Power BI dashboards using ServiceNow, OneDrive, SharePoint, and SQL Server data. I developed advanced DAX queries, calculated tables, and time intelligence models, while configuring Enterprise & Personal Gateways to ensure reliable refresh. I partnered with global clients to design actionable dashboards supporting IT operations and business insights. At HCL Technologies, I began my career as a Senior Analyst, gaining experience in BigFix, Windows Server, SQL DBA, Linux Server, Nexthink, Appstore, End User Computing, and ITIL processes.
