About Thakshien
I’m currently pursuing B.Tech CSE at SRM University and have been working with Konwert India Motors since 12th grade. Starting early in a startup environment taught me a lot more than just “work experience.” I got to work directly with the CEO and the core team, handle real tasks on-site, and understand how decisions are made when things actually matter. That exposure shaped the way I look at business, leadership, and growth.Over time, I got hands-on with technical support, problem solving, and business analysis, while also building a strong foundation in programming.
