Prashant has recently co-founded Mukta Fusiontech System Private Limited, The company is a fusion of technology and assistance that provides real-time technology support and built platform for InsureTech, BankTech, SME, and technology aspirant entities.Prashant also work with Suvidhaa Infoserve Limited (NSE & BSE Listed Fintech company engaged in digital distribution of services and payments) as Director & Chief Financial Officer. He has been instrumental in the growth journey of Suvidhaa from its inception to taking it Public, growing from 100crore GMV to GMV, and driven the company towards profitability.Prashant has a core expertise in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Taxation, and Fundraising with strategic planning along with good experience in Legal & Secretarial.
