Hello! My name is Thaís Véras, and I have been working as a product manager/owner in the technology and software field since 2011. Throughout my career, I have managed various technology projects, worked alongside software development teams, and successfully delivered IT projects to support the growth of companies. Currently, I am employed as a Product Manager at Stone - a leading company in the payment industry. My role involves planning, managing, and implementing BaaS (Banking as a Service) solutions - which today is the company\'s main API for banking services. I enjoy visualizing how things work and have improved my knowledge of process management through this approach. I also believe that frameworks are essential tools that make work easier. Therefore, I study and incorporate good practices of agile frameworks daily to lead high-performance teams in solving business problems. I\'m studying Kanban, Python, SQL, and Visualization tools for Data Analysis (Power BI and Tableau) to improve my technical and data skills and knowledge. Welcome!
