   Industry Dive is now Informa TechTarget as of December 2024.)-Create consistent standards, messaging and processes as three newly combined newsrooms begin integration as a core member of the senior editorial leadership team -Lead 22 journalists across 4 daily publications, 5 weeklies and 7 bi-weeklies to cover complex, fast-moving news in the healthcare, biopharma and medical technology industries. This includes Healthcare Dive, BioPharma Dive, MedTech Dive, PharmaVoice and Xtelligent-Vet anonymous sourcing across the newsroom to verify accuracy and fairness while maintaining reader trust and producing exclusive stories-Develop framework to determine success metrics for all new publication launches, shifting strategy as needed at specific checkpoints to boost target reader engagement, align sales opportunities and ensure continued editorial experimentation-Leverage data analytics to create a revamped editorial strategy for 8 Xtelligent publications to improve organic search, page views and newsletter engagement-Oversee newsroom’s style committee, building out guidance for all major content types to help 150+ journalists execute on the most compelling storytelling
