Ll.M. graduate of the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law, with a final paper in Refugee Law on Asylum Seekers\' Temporary Protection, I already held a Master degree in Law jointly delivered by the University of Florence and Paris 1 - Sorbonne Law School. My Master\'s final dissertation in International Human Rights Law reviewed the standards for the treatment and detention of migrants upon their arrival. After an internship in the International Protection Division of the UNHCR, during which I had the opportunity to cover the 27th Session of the UN Human Rights Council, I worked in the legal Unit of the DG - ECHO (EU Commission). I am currently working in the Protection Division of the ICRC, affected to the Detention Unit.
