About Thadhagath Vikranth K
A Mechanical Engineering Graduate with good knowledge in Automobiles driven by passion. Performed projects related to manufacturing of Hybrid Electrodes and Designing of components and IC Engines in Mechanical Designing softwares (SolidWorks, CAD, CATIA V5). Experimenting and gaining experiences are important to enjoy my work.I\'ve carried out 3 different projects, each distinctive from one another. One of the project includes manufacturing of Hybrid Aluminium Electrodes with different compositions and performing Electrode Discharge Machining on Super Nickel 718 alloy in presence of different Bio friendly DiElectric mediums with Nano Particles.One project includes the designing and manufacturing of a Short Shell Component that is used in Gyroscopes in Rockets for Direction Correction. A CNC code is written given the dimensions and machining operations required to design and manufacture the component on a CNC Turn Mill Machine with the help of our Guide at Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL).My latest Project includes the Structural Analysis of a Transfer Coil Car used in Large Scale Industries to transport large quantities of raw material. The components of the coil car are designed and the weight application and structural analysis is carried out in ANSYS APDL.
