Tracked key metrics, maintained burndown & staffing reports, presenting data and deliverables to Senior Leadership Teams and key stake holders, leading to advanced bookings and repeat business. Managed a team of project managers, responsible for day-to-day oversight, escalations, resolutions, onboarding/offboarding, mentorship, and personal development, while ensuring consistent quality output across a variety of projects and clients. With a core belief that if you take care of the person, the person will take care of the work. Developed and implemented new mobile testing device tracking system to improve delivery and client satisfaction, while saving NCC thousands of dollars annually.
