Retiring from the Federal government after nearly 40 years of service (effective 30 September 2025), I wish to continue using my leadership, diplomatic, and technical skills in a challenging new role to continue to make the world a better, safer place. I have an extensive project management background, a diverse environmental background, effective communications skills, and exceptional leadership capabilities.

    Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center

    Mar 2024 — Present · Hill AFB, UT, US

    Manage development of LGM-35A Sentinel test capabilities for the following projects: the Mission Integration Facility (MIF), for fit-out, integration and verification/validation of a series of developmental and operational systems integration laboratories. The Test Architecture System Enterprise Requirements (TASER) network, for development of a test data management system (TDMS) and overarching test network to collect, process and archive test data across the complex, including flight test data from Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), and associated ground test data from facilities across the United States. Western Test Range Upgrades, for network upgrades associated with telemetry, RADAR, and transmission networks for VSFB, the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), and the Reagan Test Site.Lead the efforts of six subject matter experts (two U.S. Air Force (USAF) civilian engineers, one USAF civilian and three Integrated Support Contractor project managers). Provide engineering and technical expertise, interfacing with Defense Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT & E), Air Force Operational Test Command (AFOTEC), the Combined Test Force (CTF)(719the Test Squadron), Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC), and contracting counterparts, as well as prime contractor representatives to solve complex issues associated with assigned projects for the Sentinel Enterprise. Function as the Chief of Staff for Test Capabilities Branch Chief, communicating important, late breaking, and unusual information for his information and action. Present information from Division Leadership & Branch Chief across the Team including taskers, evolutionary information regarding strategic direction, Executive Order implementation, and other morale issues. Draw from career technical, diplomatic and personnel experiences to mentor and counsel junior team members in areas such as professionalism, interpersonal interactions, and a “get it done” mindset.
