ABOUT THAD ANDERSON

Specializing in phenomenal customer service, with a work history that dates back over 20 years, an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts, BBA in Business Management, Life/Health/Accident Producer license in the state of Michigan, and Real Estate License in the state of Michigan and Nebraska, I am excited for what the next 20 years has in store for my career. While my accolades show a rich track record in retail, insurance, social media, and real estate industries, I thrive best in an entrepreneurial setting where I dictate my own success while helping others. I have a lot of experience recruiting, training, and developing successful teams in multiple industries, however in the last few years of being a REALTOR®I have enjoyed most surrounding myself around like minded people that have a passion for investing and making each other better. In the future I can see myself starting my own real estate brokerage and other multiple businesses that intertwine with each other. The great part about real estate is there are so many different aspects to it, while one part is not going well there is always one sector that is thriving. Along with all the challenges that come with real estate transactions, I am constantly learning and growing my business. In my free time I enjoy volunteering for causes I am passionate about. Most recently in 2025, I helped donate to Girl Scouts Heart Of Michigan who are expanding their presence with new buildings across Michigan to help girls learn valuable life skills in their future careers and communities. My history with GSHOM goes back over 10 years and I’m looking forward to promoting their mission, as it is always bigger than their staff’s paychecks. I am currently unaffiliated with any insurance carrier (licensed in the state of Michigan and can become licensed in all 50 states) but have a 10 year history helping businesses and their employees at the worksite, bridging the gap in their major medical by conveniently offering benefits and education through payroll deduction. I am currently licensed in real estate in Michigan with Coldwell Banker Professionals and in Nebraska with Coldwell Banker NHS Real Estate/NHS Commercial and can help buyers, sellers, and investors anywhere in those states.
