I partner with surgeons, distributors, and internal teams to ensure seamless product adoption, market access, and long-term commercial success.Key responsibilities and impact:Training & Education: Developed and continuously improve our product training programs for international distributor product managers and clinical support teams, ensuring they are fully equipped to support surgeons in the field. Align international training with internal education programs to drive consistency and excellence.Distributor & Account Support: Manage and support distributor accounts and product managers across multiple regions, helping them drive adoption, strengthen surgeon engagement, and position 7D effectively in their markets.Commercial Strategy: Contribute to clinical strategy and positioning of 7D in global markets to support growth, product launches, and competitive differentiation. Leverage education as a strategic tool for positioning through marketing events, tenders, reference visits, and conferences.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between clinical needs and commercial objectives.Ongoing Development: Support the continuous learning and development of international partners on current and future product innovations, ensuring readiness for upcoming launches.Through this combined clinical and commercial approach, I help expand FLASH Navigation’s reach globally while ensuring surgeons and hospitals are fully supported in delivering the best outcomes for their patients
