Mr. Stephens is a Chief Strategy Officer with a background in Business Development, Entrepreneurship, and Business Strategy. As the Chief Strategy Officer to Steve Harvey and the International Business Development Director Steve Harvey Global,Mr. Stephens is a multi-faceted business expert. Mr. Stephens joined Steve Harvey Global in 2015, and was promoted to Chief of Staff in 2017. Soon after, Mr. Stephens became the International Business Development Director in 2019. As of 2021, Mr. Stephens was recently promoted to Chief Strategy Officer and currently overseas all of the International Business. Mr. Stephens currently advises Mr. Harvey on his partnerships and relationships. He also organizes the PR strategy to align with Mr. Harvey\'s goals and vision while maintaining corporate relationships and partnerships. Mr. Stephens also Executive Produces Mr. Harvey\'s shows. As a cross-functional Business Executive in Mr. Harvey\'s organization Mr. Stephens works with Mr. Harvey and executives on strategy and how to generate new revenue for the Steve Harvey brand. Mr. Stephens works closely with the CFO on Mr. Harvey\'s investments as well. Since 2017, Stephens has been involved in all aspects of the Harvey’s businesses. One of which is establishing Harvey Ventures in 2018, which is Harvey’s family investment office. He is also involved with the Steve and Marjorie Harvey foundation (SHMF) which is committed to impacting the lives of underprivileged families. Mr. Stephens currently serves as the treasurer to the Harvey foundation. As it pertains to International Business, Mr. Stephens assists with growing and scaling the business to global accounts. Mr. Stephens has full spectrum from start to finish of business mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Mr. Stephens works closely with the COO on the brands strategy. Stephens serves as an Executive Producer on the program which is the #1 show in respective international countries. He also established M.E.L.T Middle East in 2021 which is Harvey’s UAE entity that facilitates transactions between western and eastern cultures.He is also involved with the Steve and Marjorie Harvey foundation (SHMF) which is committed to impacting the lives of underprivileged families. Through SHG, HV and MELT, Stephens is working on more projects that contribute to Harvey\'s business and philanthropic goals.
