As a dynamic Procurement Manager with extensive expertise in commodity management, I channel my passion into the development and continuous improvement of procurement processes and organizations. My focus lies in implementing cost-saving and efficiency enhancement initiatives to shape the overall success of the company. A core aspect of my professional journey is my ability to precisely analyse and strategically develop procurement markets and supplier portfolios. And of course, to derive cross-functional solutions also, to be implemented together with my colleagues. Exceptional skills in negotiation and contract management complement my professional profile. As a leader, I distinguish myself through effective employee guidance and development, combining it with strong intercultural competencies. I place special emphasis on continuous optimization through collaboration and the redesign of existing processes. Personally, I am passionate about long-distance running, whether it\'s meters on the track, a half marathon in Berlin, or a trail marathon in the mountains – you\'ll always find me in the chase pack. For relaxation, I love discovering new countries and cultures, sometimes solo with a backpack, and often with my family in our car, wherever / whenever there are always new things to explore.
