   RainFocus is a leader in event management and marketing analytic technology.As an implementation analyst, successful implementation of the RainFocus platform is my number one priority. As a subject matter expert on all RainFocus software and functionality, I work with our clients and internal teams in order to ensure that our software meets the implementation requirements and works as intended before event launch. I have worked with our quality control team to build and maintain processes around testing consistency for each client and provide industry best practices around design so we can maintain world class service and quality for all our clients. In recent years, we have made a big push to emphasize quality and I played a large role in designing and creating the quality control program used by our internal teams as well as all related documentation and reporting standards.
