I am a strategic leader with considerable experience building and scaling business units and teams. I have a strong track record of setting successful strategies, managing ~£100m+ business lines and building £5m+ products from conception through scaling and within budget and deadlines. I have experience across financial services and fintech, alongside global experience, including Western and Eastern Europe, India and China. Through my experience, I am able to draw insight from disparate information, and manage through complexity and uncertainty.I have deep experience in KYC / AML and Payments: I am a regular external speaker, and I regularly engaged with clients in public and private sectors to help them advance their organisations’ goals, whilst acting as a thought-leader for Experian on Digital ID and AML.I have an exceptional academic background: I completed my MBAs at London Business School and Columbia University, as part of the Global programme, and won the Academic Achievement award.I have an MA from Cambridge University, where I studied Maths and Business.
