Hi everyone, I’m Tevon!I started my career as a high school chemistry teacher in Grenada, where I grew up. Fast forward to 2025, and now I’m helping global Learning and Development teams change employees behavior.My goal is to provide tools that leverage on-the-job activities, AI and machine learning to drive behavior change and enhance human skills in global enterprises.Outside of the L&D space, I’m involved in my side venture,\"Spice Isle Craft Chocolate.\" Growing up on my family’s cocoa farm in Grenada sparked my passion for creating small-batch premium dark chocolate.
