Oversee and provide leadership to our Warehouse Operations, Blue Star Graphics Print Production, Global Data Management Team, Facilities Management, Retail Customer Service Team and the Wholesale Customer Service Team. Program Manager for the New Dallas Cowboys Merchandise Facility in Frisco, Texas. Designed and Built our new State of the Art Distribution Center. DCM’s PM for the Construction, Material Handling Equipment Design and Build, Warehouse Management System Upgrade, Office and Inventory Move, and Organizational Change Management to our new site.
